It was last Saturday when my friend Risa was married to Joff and because this friend of mine is so special to me I attended her wedding despite of the bad weather condition. I was glad that I was able to attend and witness the solemn ceremony of their wedding. I can say that the wedding was planned and organize accordingly. The rites lasted for almost two hours and it was officiated with a pastor so full of wisdom. The food served was superb and everyone who attended really enjoyed the feast. The groom and bride look so happy and contented with each other and looking at the bride she looks beautiful and radiant in her wedding dress.
Finding your partner to celebrate the solemnity of marriage is not easy. It is like finding a needle in a stocks of hay. But the most difficult one is keeping your relationship intact after the marriage. It requires a lot of efforts from both parties to have a blissful marriage.
Many experts said that one of the secrets for the success of any relationship is an open communication which I truly agree. It is through open communication that you and your partner will be able to solve even the most difficult situation but along with it is an open mind and heart, deep understanding and trust to one another. Things can be resolve but it becomes difficult when emotions are involve.
Another secret to a blissful marriage is the respect to one another. You always have to understand that both of you are different person and not perfect. You have to respect one another for who you are and avoid to change each other into a different person. Time is gold and so petty quarrels because of trying to change your partner can be avoided only if you accept the person for who he/she is after all you married that person for who he/she is.
Blissful marriage is not really a secret but rather an effort to both of you on how to make it work and how to make a blissful life in the care of one another. What you read in books or what you see in the movies are just merely a guide for you but it is still you and your partner that can make your marriage works....
