Intel Q&R Christmas Party 2011!

I had a blast during the Q&R Christmas Party last December 22 and I was so glad that I attended this Christmas party even if the venue was quite far from where I live.  I can say that it was the best 2011 Christmas Party that I attended because it really promotes good camaraderie to everyone of us.  The theme of the Christmas party was "Pasko sa Pinas" and the attendees were actually ex-intellites who worked under the umbrella of Q&R department. 

As usual, the organizers of the Christmas party did a really good job in coordinating everything.  We even had a holiday give away for everyone.  We also had games and of course a lot of food which add to the festive mood of the party.  It was also because of the party that we think of having a group summer outing next year which I hope that it will come true.  I know that it will also be a joyous event and I can't wait that to happen. 

What's amazing in our party was that there were many people who were present which include our department managers as well as the section managers who really make an effort to free up their busy schedules just be around.  It was indeed a better way of spending your time this season of Christmas.  What do you think?

Christmas Stockings

This Christmas I hang the Christmas stockings thinking that Santa will come by and put gifts on it.  I know it sounds silly but then I wish that there is a real Santa Claus roaming around every Christmas.  Nevertheless, I still got a gift of mens dress boots from one of my friend who is sillier than me. LOL!

Christmas stocking is a sign of hope and faith for little kids because they believe in the magic of Christmas.  For adults like us, the true meaning of Christmas is not in the stockings or in any Christmas decorations but it is within our heart.  Christmas brings joy to everyone because we believe that it is through the Lord Jesus Christ that we will all be saved.  Christmas is the true meaning of God's love to us and we must cherish it in our hearts.

Christmas Shopping Rush!

Are you in a hurry to complete your Christmas give away?  Oh well, you are not alone as I am also thinking what to buy and I only have a week to go!  Oh no!  My busy schedules keep me away from going to the mall.  Nonetheless, I still have to complete my shopping list.  I saw a chippewa boots which I think will suit best for my sister.  Then probably I'll just buy clothes or toys for my nephews and nieces but if I buy all of those then bringing it home will be difficult as I need to travel miles and miles away.  Huh! 

There are too many things to do but I only have few times left so I am not really sure if I can complete it.  What about you?  Are you done your Christmas shopping? 0 comments

Avail Healthcare while You are Still Healthy

One of the hardest things we may experience is having a sick family member which aside from it is emotionally stressful it is also financially draining.  But then having a sick love-one may happen to any family and with that we really need to be prepared.  One of the best ways to prepare is by availing the health care insurance while you are still healthy and you still have the capacity to pay.  Many people actually take fore-granted this idea because they always thought that they are strong and later they will realize the advantage of getting one when suddenly the sickness hit them.  Oh well, it is like not purchasing a medical step stool at lower price because you think that you don't need it and when you actually need it that is when you buy it double or triple the price.

You don't need to be sick to get a health care insurance rather it should be a part of your plan especially for your long term plan.  There are available long terms health insurances that you can avail at lower price so why not take a look of it?  Your health is priceless and should always be given a proper attention no matter how busy you are. 0 comments

Precious Time with Bespren and with her Family

Last week was one of the happiest week I ever had this year and that was because I finally had a great time with my best friend Wella again and it was even happier because I finally met her family, her hubby and her two handsome boys.  I am really happy for my bespren because I know that she is happy and contented with her life now.  She has a very kind and loving husband and with two sweet and wonderful boys.

I only spent 3 days with them but I really miss having them around.  I was able to have a bonding time not only with my best friend but with her family as well which I really appreciate.  Those 3 days were so precious to me because I know that it will take years for us to be together and by then Samuel and Gabe are already grown up in which I can no longer hug them tight and kiss them thousand of times.

I was so sad when they left but then I know that they have to go back to their home.  But more than that I was thankful that I was able to spend more time with my bespren and with her family while they were here.  I know that I will see them again in the near future and that is what I am looking forward.  We might be living thousand of miles apart but we both know that our friendship will remain intact no matter where we are and what we do. 

One thing I can promise her that I will always be her bestfriend for life.  Thank you bespren for spending your precious time with me.  I really appreciate it! 0 comments

Family Bonding

Holiday season is the best time to have a family bonding like reunions, parties and other family bonding escapade.  This is also the season when you can get best deals for family all inclusive resort or other family tour packages.  

Family bonding is very important because it is the time when you can connect and enjoy your time together with the people whom you love and care.  We all deserve a break and we all deserve to relax but if we will spend it together with our family then our holiday will be extra special. 0 comments

Job Search - Never Been Easy

As I browse the Medical Equipment Preparer Jobs I can't help but think about honhon.  I know how much he loves his job and I am hoping that things will be fine soon.  When economy is down the available jobs in the market also dramatically down which in return becomes the biggest problem of the country.  Creation of jobs is one of the biggest challenges of the government because if there's no job available the tendency is that many people will lose the capacity to generate income which in return will have a bigger impact in the restoration of the economy.

Job search becomes easier in this era because of the introduction of the internet.  However, it is also because of the internet that makes it hard for you to land in a job that you want because of the bigger competition you will be facing.  To make sure that you will get the job that you want it is necessary to create a powerful resume that will attract employers to get in touch with you.  Once you get that chance make sure to do all your best to get the job. 0 comments
